- garlic
- onion
- celery salt
- 1/3 bottle liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. catsup
Directions

1Season meat with garlic, onion and celery salt overnight in refrigerator.

2Roast meat in baking pan at 275° for 1 hour per pound.

3Cover meat with foil while baking.

4Slice meat thin on the diagonal.

5When done, mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
