  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • onion and celery salt (if desired)

    in refrigerator.

    Next morning, pour off liquid smoke

    Worcestershire sauce over meat. Season
