- 1 beef brisket, fat trimmed off
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- celery salt
- 1 bottle Figaro Liquid Smoke
Directions

1The night before cooking, trim excess fat off both sides of brisket.

2Sprinkle both sides with the three seasonings; place in large baking pan and pour Liquid Smoke over top.

3Cover with plastic wrap and foil; refrigerate overnight.

4Six hours before serving, remove plastic wrap and re-cover with foil.

5Place in preheated oven at 300° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.

6Remove from oven and pour off marinade.

7Slice with electric knife across the grain. Place back in pan.

8Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over meat. Re-cover with foil; place back in the oven at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until sauce is warm.
