  • 2 (10 oz.) Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
  • 1 c. thin sliced carrots
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Place first 5 ingredients in saucepan; cook until tender (10 to 12 minutes); drain.

    In bowl, mix butter, mustard, salt and pepper.
