- medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. hot water
- dash of red pepper
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
Directions

1Brown floured chicken in shortening.

2Place in baking dish. Add all other ingredients to skillet.

3Simmer 30 minutes.

4Pour over chicken and bake 1 hour in covered dish in 350° oven.

5Add 1 pound cooked shrimp the last 15 minutes.

6Serve with rice.
