- 3 lb. breasts and wings, cut up
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Place meat in oil with onions and celery.

2Cook slowly until light brown; drain off oil.

3While meat is browning, heat rest of ingredients, stirring and simmer for 10 minutes.

4Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours, uncovered. Baste every 20 minutes.

6Pour sauce over chicken.

7Bake.
