  • 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving sizes
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Texas Pete
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Cook sauce on top of the stove (bring to a boil).

    Let the mixture cool.

    Dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and place in pan lined with aluminum foil.

    Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 2 hours or until tender.
