  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, cut fine
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • desired chicken pieces

Directions

    Combine all ingredients for sauce.

    Lay chicken pieces in pan, skin side up.

    Baste with sauce.

    Cook at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, basting often as chicken cooks.

    This sauce will do for about 3 1/2 pounds of chicken.
