- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. onion, cut fine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- desired chicken pieces
Directions

1Combine all ingredients for sauce.

2Lay chicken pieces in pan, skin side up.

3Baste with sauce.

4Cook at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, basting often as chicken cooks.

5This sauce will do for about 3 1/2 pounds of chicken.
