  • 1 can biscuits (10 count)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • cheese (your choice)

Directions

    Press biscuits into muffin tin, making biscuit cups. Lightly brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Add other ingredients, except cheese. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Spoon into biscuit cups and bake at 350° until slightly browned (about 20 to 25 minutes). After browned, place cheese on each cup. Melt cheese.
