  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits in tube
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/8 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese

Directions

    Spray Pam or oil into muffin tins.

    Spread biscuits in muffin tins.

    Brown hamburger; drain.

    Add onion and sauce; mix well. Put meat mixture in biscuit cups.

    Then put cheese on top.

    Bake until biscuit is brown and cheese melted at 375° to 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
