- 1 can refrigerator biscuits in tube
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/8 c. minced onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
Directions

1Spray Pam or oil into muffin tins.

2Spread biscuits in muffin tins.

3Brown hamburger; drain.

4Add onion and sauce; mix well. Put meat mixture in biscuit cups.

5Then put cheese on top.

6Bake until biscuit is brown and cheese melted at 375° to 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
