- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat until crumbly and drain off grease.

2Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.

3Grease a muffin pan with shortening and press each biscuit into a cup in the muffin pan. Spoon the meat mixture into each cup and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat oven to 400° and bake 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
