- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast or 2 chickens
Directions

1Bring ingredients, except chuck roast or chickens, to a boil; cool slightly.

2Pour over chuck roast or chickens and marinate overnight and following day.

3Cook over hot coals.
