- 1/4 lb. salami
- 1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Have butcher make a pocket in the flank steak.

2Tenderize meat according to package directions.

3Inside meat pocket, place a layer of salami, cheese, salami and onion.

4Mix together oregano and parsley.

5Sprinkle over meat and cheese.

6Seal meat pocket with meat pins or hooks.
