- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. small russet potatoes

1Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

2In a large bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, oil, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

3Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 to 10 wedges and toss with the barbecue sauce mixture.

4Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

5Roast until golden brown and tender, 25 to 30 minutes.

6In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and barbecue sauce.
