  • 1 lb. pork
  • 5 lb. stew beef in small chunks
  • 2 1/2 lb. well chopped onions
  • 3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz. ketchup
  • 1/4 lb. oleo
  • 1 oz. hot sauce
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Cook beef and pork covered with 2 or 3 inches of water and cook until meat is in small pieces.

    Then add other ingredients and cook for 3 or 4 hours, stirring constantly.

    Serves 5 to 8 persons.
