- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

2Flatten into 5-inch circles. Place each one in the bottom and sides of a greased muffin pan. Set pan aside.

3Brown ground meat and drain well.

4Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and chili powder.

5Stir until smooth.

6Add to meat and mix well.

7Divide meat mixture among biscuit lined pan (about 1/4-cup) for each.

8Sprinkle with cheese.
