- 4 to 6 lb. pork roast
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Roast pork at 375° for 2 1/2 hours until done.

2Cool slightly and shred pork.

3Mix all other ingredients.

4Bring to a boil.

5Pour over shredded pork.

6Freeze, if desired.

7Heat up in 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
