Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 lb. pork roast
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Roast pork at 375° for 2 1/2 hours until done.

    Cool slightly and shred pork.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.

    Pour over shredded pork.

    Freeze, if desired.

    Heat up in 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
