Ingredients

  • 2 lb. meat, cut in cubes and cooked
  • 1/4 c. drippings
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery or celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. Accent
  • 2 garlic, crushed, or granulated garlic
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Heat drippings in saucepan.

    Add other ingredients and simmer 2 or 3 minutes.

    Add pork and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, longer if time permits.

    Serve on buns or use as main dish.
