- 1/4 c. drippings
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery or celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Accent
- 2 garlic, crushed, or granulated garlic
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Heat drippings in saucepan.

2Add other ingredients and simmer 2 or 3 minutes.

3Add pork and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, longer if time permits.

4Serve on buns or use as main dish.

5The longer it simmers, the better it is.
