  • 2 lb. ground venison
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • onion or dry onion soup
  • 1 c. instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup

Directions

    Combine venison, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion or dry onion soup and oatmeal. Mix well. Cook in loaf pan at 350° until done, about an hour. Mix brown sugar and ketchup together. Put on top of meat loaf. Place in oven for 5 minutes more.
