- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Flour and salt pork chops.

2Place a small amount of shortening in a skillet and fry pork chops until brown.

3Mix remaining ingredients and pour over browned pork chops.

4Cook at 260° to 280° for 1 hour.

5It may be necessary to add water to mixture while it is simmering.
