  • 8 ripe tomatoes
  • 6 green peppers
  • 6 onions
  • 8 tart apples
  • 6 red peppers
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Grind vegetables and apples through coarse blade of food grinder.

    Combine sugar, salt, spices and vinegar.

    Pour liquid over mixture and cook slowly for 20 minutes.

    Pack into jars and seal.
