- 2 to 4 lb. country style ribs (meaty)
- water
- dark Karo or honey
- barbecue sauce of your choice
Directions

1Place ribs in large stewer.

2Cover with water.

3Boil until meat will slip on bone.

4Remove from liquid; let dry 30 minutes. Place on baking sheet or pan.

5Baste with dark Karo or honey. Place in oven at 350° for 8 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Coat with barbecue sauce of your choice.

8Put back in oven.

9Broil or brown to your liking.
