- 3 to 4 lb. country style ribs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Simmer ribs in water to cover in a large kettle for 30 minutes. Drain and arrange in a shallow nonmetal dish.

2Combine sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, ginger, tomato sauce, orange juice, onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

3Let stand 15 minutes.

4Pour over ribs, turning ribs to coat.

5Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

6Grill 6-inches from coals, 10 to 15 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.

7Turn ribs.

8Baste and cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
