- 3 lb. ribs (country-style)
- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Salt and pepper the ribs.

2Brown in bacon drippings in large Dutch oven.

3Pour mixture of all other ingredients over ribs. Cover and cook in 300° oven until well done, about 1 1/2 hours.
