Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlick
• 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
• 15mm piece fresh root ginger
• 4 tablespoons clear honey
• 3 tablespoons dark drown sugar
• 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
• 4 tablespoons dry sherry or wine vinegar - 2 of each is what we use
• 2 tablespoons soya sauce
• 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
• 2 tablespoons French mustard
• 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
