  • 4 pods garlic, chopped
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pt. wine vinegar
  • several bay leaves
  • 1 c. Worcestershire
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. hickory salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 1 c. salad oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except brown sugar and oil.

    Boil for 20 minutes, then add brown sugar and oil.

    Cook for another 20 minutes.
