- 9 c. light brown sugar
- 6 c. catsup
- 6 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chili
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1/4 c. minced onions
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Cook at medium heat until it starts to bubble, then turn to low and cook for 15 minutes.

3Let cool; store in 1 gallon jug or other suitable container.

4Need not be refrigerated.

5When used in cooking meat, mix sauce half and half with vinegar.

6Great for dipping meat or cooking.
