- 3 lb. medium or large shrimp
- 4 sticks margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic
- 5 drops hot sauce
Directions

1Put margarine, wine, ketchup, garlic and hot sauce in pan and cook very slowly until margarine is melted.

2Put unpeeled shrimp in a shallow baking dish.

3Pour sauce over shrimp.

4Thinly slice 2 lemons and place on top of shrimp.

5Let shrimp marinate for 1 hour or more if needed.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with French bread to soak up sauce.
