- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. rosemary
- 7 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 to 3 lb. shrimp tails
- salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large black skillet on top of stove.

2Add shrimp.

3Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes (according to size).

4Stir constantly.

5Do not overcook; it will make them hard to peel.
