Barbecue Style Potatoes

  • 6 medium unpeeled potatoes
  • ice water
  • 1/3 c. Mazola margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cut the potatoes into 4 wedges. Cut crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals to within 1/4-inch from bottom of potatoes. Place in ice water 1 hour. Dry potatoes. Mix the margarine, catsup, mustard, paprika and salt. Place potatoes on jelly roll pan. Brush with 1/2 of the catsup mixture. Bake in 425° oven, brushing occasionally with remaining mixture, 35 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
