Barbecue Venison

Ingredients

  • venison roast
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste
  • 4 strips bacon
  • Italian dressing or barbecue sauce

Directions

    Place venison in big container and cover it with water and vinegar mixture.

    Leave in marinade at least 4 hours.

    Remove meat and wash it thoroughly with cold water.

    Lay bacon strips on top. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

    Cook over low charcoal for 4 hours, basting with barbecue sauce or salad dressing.
