Barbecue Venison

- venison roast
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 3/4 c. water
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 4 strips bacon
- Italian dressing or barbecue sauce
Directions

1Place venison in big container and cover it with water and vinegar mixture.

2Leave in marinade at least 4 hours.

3Remove meat and wash it thoroughly with cold water.

4Lay bacon strips on top. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

5Cook over low charcoal for 4 hours, basting with barbecue sauce or salad dressing.
