Barbecue Venison

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. venison roast
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • meat tenderizer
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 regular size bottle barbecue sauce

Directions

    Put your roast in crock-pot with your chopped onion; add your water.

    Add a dash of salt and pepper.

    Allow to cook on low until done.

    After fully cooked, place your roast in a large bowl to cool.

    After it's cooled, pull you meat apart into shreds.

    Put it back into crock-pot.

    Add a bottle of barbecue sauce and let simmer.

    Serve on buns or alone.
