Barbecue Venison

Ingredients
- 2 lb. venison roast
- 1 medium chopped onion
- meat tenderizer
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 regular size bottle barbecue sauce
Directions

1Put your roast in crock-pot with your chopped onion; add your water.

2Add a dash of salt and pepper.

3Allow to cook on low until done.

4After fully cooked, place your roast in a large bowl to cool.

5After it's cooled, pull you meat apart into shreds.

6Put it back into crock-pot.

7Add a bottle of barbecue sauce and let simmer.

8Serve on buns or alone.
