- 4 to 5 lb. venison
- large onion
- barbecue sauce
- hamburger buns
Directions

1Take a 6-quart pressure cooker, add 3 cups water to cooker. Salt meat a little; add venison.

2Chop large onion over meat; add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.

3Put on lid and pressure for 45 minutes at 10 to 15 pounds pressure.

4Take meat out of cooker.

5Pull meat apart and chop well.

6Place in baking dish; grate small onion very fine over meat.

7Pour barbecue sauce over meat and stir well until meat is covered.

8Cover with aluminum foil.

9Bake in oven at 400° for 15 minutes.

10Serve with buns.
