  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans pork and beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 small bell pepper

    In a large skillet, brown meat with onion and pepper.

    Drain. Add beans, barbecue sauce and sugar.
