  • 2 (1 lb. 15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Combine meat, salt and pepper.

    Shape into 24 tiny meat balls. Saute in hot oil.

    Combine vinegar, water, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, onion salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, onion and butter in saucepan.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
