- 1 medium size sirloin tip roast
- 1 bottle Kraft original barbecue sauce
- juice from meat
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Put roast in heavy skillet; brown on low to medium heat until well browned on both sides.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Put in oven uncovered at 250° to 300°; cook about 2 to 3 hours or until done, keeping about 2 to 3 cups of water in it.

4Slice in thin slices; place in casserole dish.

5Mix barbecue sauce and some juice where meat was cooked.

6Bring to a boil and pour over meat and heat.

7It can sit overnight and be heated the next day.
