Ingredients

  • 1 roast (6 lb. or so)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix soup mix, beef bouillon and water together and pour over roast.

    Cover and cook 12 hours at 250°.

    When done so meat falls apart, remove bones and fat.
  4. 4
    Serve on buns.
