  • 3 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 3/4 c. water
