- 5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
- 18 oz. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Place brisket in large baking pan.

2Pour liquid smoke over meat; sprinkle with celery, garlic and onion salts.

3Cover; refrigerate overnight.

4Sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

5Cover; bake at 300° for 4 to 5 hours.

6Cut off fat, slice thin and return to drained baking dish.

7Add barbecue sauce; bake for 1 hour.
