- 6 to 8 lb. brisket
- celery, garlic and onion salt
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Generously sprinkle entire brisket with salt.

2Pour liquid smoke over meat in cooking pan.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

4Bake fat side up at 275° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours until very tender.

5Remove meat from oven, pour on barbecue sauce and let cool in pan.

6Slice when cold.

7Wrap in foil and refrigerate until next day.

8Reheat when ready to serve.
