- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 to 4 drops Tabasco
Directions

1In skillet, brown chicken parts in shortening.

3Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring now and then.
