- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. hamburger (I use more)
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- dash of Tabasco (optional)
Directions

1Brown green pepper, onion and hamburger in a tablespoon of fat.

2Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour.

3Serve on hamburger buns.

4Can be kept in refrigerator several days.

5Heat before serving.
