- 12 small white onions, peeled (1 1/2 inch diameter)
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 slices bacon, dried and cooked crisp
Directions

1Parboil onions for 4 to 5 minutes.

2Drain and put in a buttered, shallow, 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Mix catsup, water, vinegar, salt and pepper and spread over onions.

4Sprinkle mixture with brown sugar and bacon.
