Ingredients

  • 4 Whole large avocados
  • 1 Whole onion
  • 1 Whole bell pepper, you can mix yellow, red and green
  • 2 stick Green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Whole tomatoes
  • 1 Handful of cilantro, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oliver oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Directions

    Cut 1/2 of one the avocados in small squares and mix it in a bowl with the onion, bell peppers, green onion, tomatoes, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Using an electrical blender or foot processor, puree the other avocados including half a cup of the previous mix and then add all the mix in the blender on to the remaining mix in the bowl

    Use the remaining 1/4 of the first avocado to cut in slices and decorate.

    You can include small squares of tomatoes for decoration and one or two leafs of parsley also.
