- 1 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 c. sliced yellow onions
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except onion, in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

2Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

3Stir in onion.

4Cover and simmer 3 minutes.

5Cover and chill.

6Serve with vegetables or barbecue meats.
