Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon reduced salt margarine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 410g can KRAFT* Braised Steak & Vegetables

Directions

    Boil/steam the potatoes until tender.

    Mash until smooth; fold through milk, margarine and parsley.

    Spoon steak and vegetables into a 12 x 12cm baking dish.

    Top with mashed potato.

    Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until potato has browned and filling is piping hot.
