Soy Sriracha Deviled Eggs

- 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Peels Removed
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Brown Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha, Plus More For Drizzling
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
Directions

1Start off by slicing the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.

2Scoop out the yolks and put them into a bowl.

3Mix them together with the mayo, mustard, Sriracha, salt and pepper until smooth.

4Cover and place bowl in the refrigerator until ready to use.

5Pour soy sauce into an 8x8 pan.

6Add the egg halves in an even layer.

7Put bowl into the refrigerator.

8Marinate eggs for 6 hours on one side, and then flip and marinate for another 6 hours on the other side.

9Remove eggs from the soy sauce.

10Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the marinated egg white halves.

11Place eggs on a platter, drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
