- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 4 c. pecan halves
- salt to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in a Dutch oven.

2Remove from heat; add Worcestershire sauce, catsup and hot sauce, stirring well.

3Add pecans, stirring to coat.

4Spread pecans evenly in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.

5Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

6Place pecans on paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt and cool completely.
