- 3 or 4 lb. ribs, cut in serving pieces, or pork fingers
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. On each piece, place slice of onion and lemon.

3Roast for 30 minutes.

4Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 1 1/2 hours.

5Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 4.
