Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb. ribs, cut in serving pieces, or pork fingers
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. On each piece, place slice of onion and lemon.

    Roast for 30 minutes.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 1 1/2 hours.

    Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 4.
