  • 2 cups rice (pasmati)
  • 1 green onion (fresh onion)
  • 2 -3 eggs
  • 4 cups water
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

    saute the rice in butter for 20 seconds.

    add the water and then let the rice to drain the water.

    whisk the eggs well in a bowl.

    in a non stick pan put the oil and add the eggs and keep stirring until it's cooked (like scramble eggs}.

    cut the green onion in small pieces (only the green).

    For the next step you must leave the rice to cool down.

    in a large frying pan add the rice after the egg and the green onion.

    Fry for 5-8 minutes keep stirring until it's cooked.
